Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges Policy：

Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt

*Important* If the Return/Exchange Form is not included, the exchange or refund cannot be processed.

1. Check for any faulty items upon receipt.

2. Please notify us within 3 days of receipt.

• Faulty items：damaged，dirty，holes.

• Non faulty items：untrimmed thread heads，color difference，zipper not smooth，personal preference for size and material.

3. Swimwear and bodysuits cannot be returned or exchanged for health and hygiene reasons.

4. Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged for health and hygiene reasons.

5. Items must be unworn and unwashed.

5. Items must have all tags attached & returned with the original packagings.（including packaging bag, tags, gifts)

6. Any trace of scent, make up, marks on clothes will result in failure for any returns/exchanges.

7. Return & Exchange service is limited to one time only.

8. Shipping Fee is non refundable for all orders. Shipping Fee for returns/exchanges non faulty items need to be paid by customer. Free Shipping Promotions are no longer applicable after return/exchange and customer will be charged the original shipping fee accordingly.

9. No refund or exchange for on sale items.
