1. Are all items in stock? How long does it take to receive?

All items are in stock except items marked as preorder.

2. How long do I have to wait for preorder items?

Preorder items take around 7-14 working days to be shipped.

3.Will my order be shipped separately if it includes in stock and preorder items?

Order includes both in stock and preorder items will be shipped together once the preorder item arrives.

(If wish to ship in stock items first, orders will need to be placed separately)

4. How do I choose my size correctly?

Please measure your bust, waist, and hip in cm, then see reference here → Size Guide

5. Will I be notified when out of stock item is back in stock?

6. Why did the system cancel my order? Can I still pay for my order?

Please make a payment within 3 days for ATM transfer. Orders will be cancel after the payment expiration time frame.

We would suggest you to place a new order!
